You may download an application in PDF form. Please mail it to the school when complete, along with your application fee of $50.

If applying for full-day preschool, please submit the full-day preschool application along with your school application. 

All students from preschool through 8th grade may use the school’s after-care
program (3:00-6:00 p.m.).  Please click here for an after-care application.
